I enjoy academic-based research involving various periods within American and European history and experimental psychology related to human and non-human behavior. I also enjoy teaching teens who have disabilities which makes learning a challenge.
Building connections with my students so that they can grow academically and functionally is an important part of my profession and I enjoy seeing my students accomplish what they were once told was impossible. I am not a fan of the phrase "never will be able to....."
